Coelho vs Irving
Paulo Coelho is driving me nuts. I have read the Alchemist, which was all right – a fairy tale for adults with a good message. Having read The Zahir over the last two days, I’m now thoroughly annoyed and can’t wait to re-read my Irving book. I am much more of a realist than an idealist, I am starting to discover. This could explain why I’m not the best traveler. Traveling will not change me. The guitar playing airy fairy hippie types at my hostel irritate me. (more…)
